The GAMS distribution provides easy access to five state of-the-art solvers for the global optimization of (mixed-integer)nonlinear optimization problems ((MI)NLPs): ANTIGONE, BARON, Couenne, Lindo API, and SCIP. In this talk, we will give a short overview on algorithmic techniques that are employed in these solvers. Additionally, we will report on recent progress on extending, updating, and categorizing the model instance libraries MINLPLib and GLOBALLib.
